Team SSG Spinal Support Group of Singapore - fab bunch of people to hang out with, if I may say so myself! We gather every Saturday at the Nanyang Polytechnic track and take it out with the handbikes. Those of us who are newly recovering spinal injury patients or otherwise, have the tremendous support of the therapists, therapy assistants from the TTSH AMK Rehab Hospital and numerous volunteers.
Good way to spend Saturday mornings, lots of fresh air, exercise and sunshine! Afterwards, we head to the canteen for makan of course...
