Ok, the results were not too impressive this time, but hey, it's still heading downwards, despite a cut in the steroids so that can't be all that bad.

Next CK Level Measurement will be on 2nd July 2007. Fingers crossed it'll continue to drop.

you're right, who cares about the numbers. don't think about it. it's how you feel that counts. a watched pot never boils. and hey, as one day goes, it's another day to embrace fully and kick ass. how's the sailing going?
Hey ta very much for the cheer! Will be at sailing again this Sat, only have one more session before the regatta on the 9th of June, so will want to properly kick some ass there!
