Was supposed to train the arms at the handbiking session at Nanyang Polytechnic with the Spinal Support Group of Singapore. But I thought sod it, why not take the wheelchair for a walk instead? If you laugh at the gait, may you have the never-ending itch and have no nails to scratch with!
